Position: Operations Head

Report to: Unit Head

Location: Gurgaon

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Create a model clinic with flawless operations across all non-clinical functions (FO, F&B, HK, Security, Maintenance, Licensing, Admin etc.)

- Ensure infrastructure is in excellent condition (function, hygiene and deficiency)

- Ensure all staff adheres to the organizational ethics and values

- Develop and implement SOPs, processes and systems for running smooth operations;

- Ensure timely performance monitoring and adherence

- Foster a culture of discipline and customer orientation

- Ensure all outsourced contractors and agencies perform to their fullest efficiencies and adhere to the organizational systems, processes, values and ethics

Improve operations continuously

- Ensure continuous receipt of feedback from all concerned stakeholders and swift actions on them

- Identify areas of improvement in operations, formulate plans to implement those improvements and execute them

Handle stray incidences of escalation with maturity

Create a motivated and empowered team

- Recruit team members with the right skill and mind-set

- Engage and motivate own and outsource teams continuously

- Assess skill gaps, train and develop team skills

Desired qualifications/profile

- Hotel Mgmt. / MBA / MHA from a reputed college / institution with 10-15 years of experience

- 2-4 years of experience in leading unit operations (FO, F&B, HK, Security etc.) in leading hospitals and/ or hospitality sector (e.g. Taj, Oberoi etc.)

- Candidates with both hospitality and healthcare experience will be given preference

- Educational/Experience requirements can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional background/ experience
