Hospitality Head
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in "Hospitality Management" or "Hotel Management"
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company-owned & managed facilities, including buildings, factory units, amenities, and equipment.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
- Manage vendor relationships for various facility services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
- Implement sustainable practices and resource management initiatives to reduce environmental impact and optimize costs.
Hospitality Operations:
- Develop and implement hospitality best practices to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all facilities.
- Establish protocols to manage guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and inquiries, providing personalized service and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in all guest spaces.
- Supervise, monitor and manage cost effective travel management for employees & shareholders.
Infrastructure Management:
- Supervise housekeeping operations for both office and factory premises, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate the placement and maintenance of modern design elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the office.
- Plan and oversee seating arrangements to optimize space utilization and enhance the overall work environment.
Shareholder Property:
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance of Shareholder Properties, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and adherence to safety standards through regular inspections and proactive upkeep.
- Spearhead initiatives to elevate the aesthetic appeal by integrating modern, new-age technologies, encompassing smart solutions, sustainable practices, and innovative design elements to create a harmonious and contemporary environment.
Environment & Compliance Management:
- Liaise and maintain relationships with local/central statutory authorities & bodies to ensure streamlined and effective administration.
- Oversee compliance with diverse obligations, and develop and implement efficient systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and collaborate with legal counsel, as needed, to address any legal or compliance issues.
Club Memberships:
- Track membership renewals, ensuring continuous access to premium club facilities for senior leaders.
- Negotiate membership terms, ensuring optimal benefits and privileges for the leaders.
Budget Management and Reporting:
- Develop and manage detailed budgets for facility maintenance, hospitality operations, and staff expenses.
- Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and achieve cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for staff development.
