- Operations Head is responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives at all our client sites. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership across the team
- He/she Head has the end-to- end responsibility of ensuring seamless operations at all our client locations across five cities monitoring real time service levels
- Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives
- Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for Area Managers. Measures performance, provides feedback and holds Area Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
- Leverages the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
