Head - Operations - Healthcare

- Degree / Post graduation in Health care & / Hospital Administration / Hospital Management / MBA with Healthcare Administration would be preferred

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Operations in Health care industry..

Responsible for P & L of the centre.

1. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan and performance standards for the Centre.

2 Operations management of the entire Centre.

3. Coordinate with the Centre Medical & Quality Head

4. Conduct periodic clinical and medical reviews along with the Medical Advisory Board

5. Monitor the performance of the Centre in terms of revenue & profitability against targets and take corrective steps as required.

5. Setting up financial controls: Undertake cost optimization initiatives

6. Implementation of Clinical & Administrative protocols

7. Ensure that medical waste management system is in place according to standards

8. Manage medico-legal cases and represent the Centre to legal bodies wherever necessary

9. Prepare the annual budget with the assistance of Finance

10. Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures for significant deviation from budget and take corrective action for the same, if required

11. Oversee if the right number and quality of manpower is hired in accordance with the manpower planning

12. Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the department goals

13.Oversee duty rosters in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower.

14. Manage the outsourced staff and ensure efficient running of the Centre.
