Mandatory req:
- Atleast 15 years of experience into voice operations,BPO,KPO last 3 years working in International Voice process
- Currently Working with AU/NZ Clients
- Handling a team span of 180+ employees
- Head of Operations
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- To ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance, feeding back to key stakeholders for ongoing project growth
- Streamline operations to consistently deliver on targets
- Boost operational efficiencies through forecasting and budget management
- Direct & align stakeholders to ensure Operations & technology support for business continuity processes
- Establish successful, attainable annual operational plans, thus strengthening operations
- Provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance
- Ensuring efficient operations by maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls
- Direct & ensure quality standards, process automation, regulatory/statutory requirements, best practices, policies and procedures
