Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure quality food is served pan India through standardization, auditing and feedback monitoring
- Manage kitchen performance through 3C scoring and platform ratings and build a module to improve the same
- Own vendor and distributor recon to ensure timely payouts are made and the system is made sustainable
- Build supply chain management module around delivery kitchens for raw material procurement and packaging procurement
- Product management - develop packaging products suitable to handle food being served and also own content generation for kitchen listings
People Responsibilities
- Manage a team of around 15 people directly in the corporate office and liaison with the kitchen live and revenue teams to ensure all round guest experience

- Guest escalations per 1000 orders
- Payment escalations
- Experience of building process and executing them
- Tier-1 engineering college / Tier 1 or 2 MBA colleges
