Engineering Graduate/MBA From Tier 1 Institutes

Role & Responsibilities :

- Own entire operations value chain, be responsible for Operational Budgeting, planning and execution

- Should be able to define impact for every major effort and be able to allocate resources towards the highest impact activities for the company

- Should be very hands-on and detail oriented.

- Have the ability to be able to work with different teams and drive them towards company priorities: Product, Marketing, Operations etc

- Entrepreneurial and data-driven decision-making approach

Skills :

- Should have good people management skills (ideally have managed a large team of office and blue collar workforce)

- Hands-on ability to execute independent of supervision.

- Engineering/MBA from a premium college would be preferred

- Should have atleast 5-6 years of relevant work experience

- Should have worked with an organization from Series A onwards till scale.

- Should have handled scale of minimum of 20k orders a day.
