Head - Operations - FMCG

We are seeking for a Head of Operations for a FMCG brand based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and align with business goals.

- Production Management: Oversee production schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and lead quality assurance initiatives.

- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, optimize inventory, and maintain supplier relationships.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance.

- Budget Management: Oversee the operations budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective practices.

- HSE Management: Ensure a safe working environment and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Technology & Innovation: Implement new technologies and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.

- Proven experience in senior operations within the food industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

- Financial management experience.
