Key Responsibilities:

Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimize operational systems and tools, leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
Customer Experience: customer-centric approach to operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients at every touchpoint.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and driving actionable insights.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance, initiatives, and challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the operations team to drive business growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the fintech industry, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and managing complex operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Deep understanding of fintech operations, including knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
