Head - Operations - FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.

Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust controls and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.

Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimize operational systems and tools, leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.

Customer Experience: customer-centric approach to operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients at every touchpoint.

Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and driving actionable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the fintech industry, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and managing complex operations.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

- Deep understanding of fintech operations, including knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
