Job Description - Designing policies and managing Operations, Customer service and implementing SOP to drive process standardization. Should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the FinTech/NBFC business.

Description -
- Regular assessment of the efficiency/effectiveness of back-office operations
- Manage product life cycle across channels, introduce enhanced service offerings & propose re-design of existing product capabilities
- Lead all channels and analyze channel performance in terms of traffic, segments, products and services
- Set up the operations of offering products/services to new enterprise clients and pre-empt any problems in order to optimize efficiency.
- Drive change in operating models and challenging the existing processes to device strategies
- Develop various operational functions/team and their direction
Profile -
- Experience in leading an operations function in an enterprise customer environment
- Strong project management experience
- Extremely strong analytical skills with an ability to conceptualize issues and synthesize data to provide strategic direction and execution
- Strong communication skills and strong stakeholder managing capabilities
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
