Job Description : Designing policies and managing Operations, Customer service and implementing SOP to drive process standardization. Should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the Fintech/NBFC business.

Description :
- Regular assessment of the efficiency/effectiveness of back-office operations
- Manage product life cycle across channels, introduce enhanced service offerings & propose re-design of existing product capabilities
- Lead all channels and analyse channel performance in terms of traffic, segments, products and services
- Set up the operations of offering products/services to new enterprise clients and pre-empt any problems in order to optimise efficiency.
- Develop various operational functions/team and their direction
- Strong project management experience
- Extremely strong analytical skills with an ability to conceptualise issues and synthesize data to provide strategic direction and execution
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
