Position: Head - Operations

Location: Delhi.

Salary: Rs. 15 - 20 Lacs PA.

Experience: 8+ years

Role: Handling all verticals of financial arm including NBFC, Wealth Management, Distribution business and other associated activities.

Job Description

- Responsible for overall Operations (Risk, Compliance, Accounts, Back Office, IT) of the company.

- A Key Management position responsible for and partner with multiple stakeholders and leadership to establish strategic visions, operational objectives, and policies and procedures ensuring compliance with contracts, related laws, regulations and orders.

- Oversee preliminary discovery, due diligence for potential liabilities, internal control weaknesses and financial integrity.

- Active participation in external market developments and initiatives with detailed understanding of changes within the regulatory environment and the expected impact on the functions under management.

- Manage, review and continuously improve the existing operational processes and controls to ensure exceptional performance, efficiency and risk management.

- Effective management of key client relationships and continuously assess client needs and deliver innovative scalable solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- A dynamic leader with good knowledge of the Industry.

- Prior experience in the Operations role at the helm of a decent sized organisation.

- Coordination and collaboration with other regional counterparts.

- Proficient in reporting procedures, planning & organizing

Education: CA / MBA Finance / Graduate would be preferable.

Experience: Min. 12+ years of experience in handling Operations of a Financial Services Company.
