The role has responsibility of Fund Services, Family Office, AIF Trustee Operations and New Products.
The purpose of the role is to give leadership, oversight and take responsibility for delivery, Customer Experience, Colleague Experience and Revenue Strengthening.
Role is broad and has to ensure strengthening of business, cost efficiencies, Digital Index and Customer connects
Meetings, Contractual and Regulatory Compliance. Leading Ops Colleagues - energy, encouragement and discipline. New Product Roll Outs, large relationship pitches and presentations, Revenue strengthening, Cost Efficiencies
- Tech and digital Index focus and ability to continuously integrate automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Deliverable Management - Ensuring proper SLAs and documentation, adherence of TATs and KPIs, Accuracy, Completeness, Optics and other dimensions of Client Servicing Ops leadership - Customer connect, Colleague connect and management - Servicing Levels to be at SLA levels
Relevant Experience
- Chartered Accountant with reasonable work experience in Fund Services
- Direct operational experience in jurisdictions with multiple Divisional lines
- Strong track record in acting as a partner to senior management
- Experience in change management; from idea inception to fully implementing changes proposed would be a distinct advantage
