Hiring Head South (Operation & Facility)

Location - Chennai

Qualification - B.Tech ( Electrical / Mechanical)

1. To plan & formalize the facility management annual plan & ensure high employee satisfaction in FM related areas vis-a-vis: Asset Management, Housekeeping, Security, Safety Standards, Engineering, & other administrative requirements.

2. To develop and implement strategies that will help Assets team to improve operations and service delivery and meet tenant requirements and business objectives.

3. To maintain relationships with tenants and ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Index through a robust tenant engagement framework.

4. To drive manpower planning, training / development initiatives and performance appraisal / reward mechanism for Assets Operations team

5. To lead engineering & technology initiatives for making the assets green & sustainable through adoption of best practices in energy management, waste management, water management and all other ESG parameters.

6. To lead cost optimization programs & process improvements to keep CAM costs competitive and enhance Net Maintenance Revenue.

7. Ensure the buildings are run keeping in mind all necessary statutory compliances are met. Maintain healthy relationships with all external authorities / agencies.

8. Collaborate with other internal Head Office functions such as Marketing, Commercial Leasing, Retail Business teams, Finance, Legal etc for proper asset operations.
