Description :

Reporting in to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the country business operations.

- Identifying and aiding the business with technological adoption.

- Identifying, and developing solutions to business problems.

- Drive process and people capability improvements through a mix of tools.

- Benchmarking best practices to create productivity improvements.

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this position, you will:

- Have at least 15 years of prior experience in supply chain roles.

- Have at least five (5) years of prior experience driving excellence/transformation projects.

- Be qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

- Bring strong experience implementing TPM/LSS

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
