Job Description :

Individual who has experience in Handling the B2C Business Centre especially coming from Customer Service / International Marketing Department of a Hospital or eCommerce Health Care Portal.

- Establish processes and procedures i.e. Starting from International marketing to communicating with facilitators to daily communication.

- Experience in Handling Online Payment Gateway Transaction, Daily reconciliation and reporting

- Client interaction & building relationship for continuous renewals.

- To ensure the best possible care and service is provided to each user & assist them with booking.

- To generate the monthly revenue list of services department.

- To keep the clients updated about the services offered by the company through regular mails alerts and website and supervise the daily performance so that all targets are delivered on realistic time and standard.

- Making the SoP to ensure that zero error logs from User and Clients perspective.

- Meeting with clients, doctors and officials to coordinate smooth execution.
