Vertex Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm with registered office in India and specializes in high-level executive search for Technology, ITES/KPO, eCommerce, Retail, Oil & Gas and BFSI.

Vertex Executive Search India Pvt. Ltd. is an Independent Executive Search firm and leverages on the already existing global client relationships and connects through proven credentials in the global markets particularly North America and European region.

Key Responsibilities and expectations :

- 3-6 yrs of post qualification experience

- Must have impeccable work and top tier education background, IIT/IIM, etc.

- Looking for top-notch talent from leading Management Consulting firms OR Strong operations experience in a leading FMCG factory environment post qualification from tier 1 colleges

- Should have managed different roles and worked towards overall success for the organization

- Will have to bring a lot of ideas / inputs to the table in terms of strategically growing the business successfully.

- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team.

We are strictly looking at IIT Pass outs with strong operations experience in a large FMCG factory environment

We are also open to candidates from Management Consulting.
