Looking For Head Ops

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Head Operations. In this role, you will work closely with the founding team and directly with the founder. You will be responsible for solving various problem statements related to Seller Experience Products, Logistics Partner Management, Internal Team Operations, and more. This is a cross functional role that involves collaborating with internal teams' product, growth, acquisition, marketing as well as external clients.

What Will You Do

As a Head Operations; Strategy, you will:

- Set up, stabilize, and scale internal processes

- Expand the company's client base by increasing the number of new clients

- Brainstorm and experiment with the acquisition of new client verticals

- Team size - 30-40 people.

Requirements

2 years of prior working experience

- Ability to work with cross functional teams

- Experience in client facing roles and startup executioner growth roles
