Head - Operations - eCommerce

1) Experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.

2) The leader will exhibit and lead process improvements though Lean Process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

3) Communicating policies to 3P partners and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed

4) Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.

5) Ensuring procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention

6) Creating, managing, and supporting recognition and communication programs

7) Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve cost and quality metrics

8) Partnering with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
