Head - Operations - eCommerce

The Role :

- Will head Operations for the organization.

- Design Lean Operation Strategies for improving the Operational efficiencies.

- Geographical Expansion in new cities to increase market reach.

- Create a scale for 5X to 10X Organic and inorganic growth.

- Accountability of Cost metrics, SLA's of Delivery metrics, Capacity utilizations, and Market Serviceability Metrics.

- Build SLA prediction models which will reduce actual SLA.

- Bring in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness.

The Person :

- 10-15 years experience

- Premier Institute MBA/Engineer

- Must be from Sales Ops/ SCM ideally from FMCG/eCommerce

- Must be at a Current salary bracket of 60 lacs +

- Must be under 40 years of age.
