1. Critical review of the project plan in terms of operations, resources, and deliverables.

2. Monitoring of project pipelines and running projects to assist the Business development team.

3. Ensuring profit margins per project, Budgeting and control of projects.

4. Crisis management and resolution.

Stake holder management:

1. Evaluation of vendor skillset and commitment as per requirement of projects

2. Planning activities to minimize project execution cost & timeline.

3. Ensure effective communication between internal teams, external entities, and management.

4. To analyze current production/ project capability and create an action plan for enhancement/ development.

Team Management:

1. Evaluation of manpower and work schedules as per projects and responsibilities.

2. Development Plan for team leads and rest of the team.
