Head - Operations - D2C/Online

Scrabble is mandated to hire a 'Head Operations' for a fast-growing House of Brands. The opportunity is going to be based out of Gurgaon.

Requirement:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.

Operational Oversight:

- Oversee the end-to-end operations including supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize processes and improve performance.

Performance Management:

- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success.

- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and implement improvements to meet targets.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.

Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance related to operations.

- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies to safeguard operations.

Technology and Innovation:

- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance operations.

Qualification:

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience working with D2C brands

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing complex supply chains.
