Education : Minimum Post Graduate

Job Description :

1. Handle the entire operations and customer service delivery processes of the company with end to end delivery of required parameters within pre decided TATs

2. Managing the entire New Business Operations, Underwriting, Persistency, Customer Service and Business Intelligence for the company

3. Driving all the key functions effectively with constant focus on innovation & reengineering of existing processes to make them more efficient

4. Conceptualizing & creating logic & process flows and coordinating with the in-house tech team to automate processes and enable better process management

5. Own routine IRDA compliances, licensing/ Brokers guidelines (Distribution Operations)

Required Skills

1. Preferred candidate should have similar experience working with a Life Insurance company currently or in the past.

2. Should have minimum 8 years of team handling experience with proven skills in monitoring and motivating large cross functional teams to get the desired outputs from them

3.Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better out

4. Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach

5. Good communication and presentation skills with hands on skills of MS Office
