Head - Operations - Contract Manufacturing/SCM - Auto OEM

Note : Looking for candidates from Auto OEM's like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Volvo EIcher, Hero MotoCorp etc.

1. Looking at someone to Head Operations (multiple plants) for Auto OEM with bringing clear strengths in Contract Manufacturing and SCM.

2. Professional with an ability to handle multi location/ multi product kind of complexity (auto / Engineering). Should be a technical product.

3. Strong Techno Commercial Profile

4. Ability to identify strong suppliers/ contract manufacturing and work closely them in implementing best manufacturing practices in order to derive right product at optimum quality and price.

5. Ability to handle overall SCM including outbound logistics for the finished goods.

6. Individual Role, but should have an ability to work with indirect teams and promoter/ partners.

7. BE Mechanical/ Production with 18-20 years - experience from strong Automotive/ Engineering Companies.
