BE + MBA from Premier Institutes MUST

12 to 18 Years o handling Warehouse & 3PL Operations

All India responsibility for all fulfillment centers (warehouses) and its operational activities, Profitability and financial performance, customer delight, health and safety policies, leading over 10000 people (workers plus staff) going up to 20000 people in a year's time.

Key responsibilities and metrics :

- Profitably run Pan India Fulfillment Operations with highest levels of productivity and standards leading to high profitability margins as defined

- Customer KPIs, Service Levels and Customer Delight Safety and 100% Safe Custody of Goods with zero shrinkage and pilferage in all operations

- Management of Landlords, Vendors, Workers, MSP etc.

- Strong Understanding of PnL

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics esp warehousing

- Good knowledge of Operations Research, Data Analytics, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile etc.
