Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all cafes within the Mumbai region.
- Ensure cafes maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cafe managers and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the operational team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
- Customer Service: Ensure that cafes consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Address customer complaints and feedback, striving to improve the customer experience.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the Mumbai region, with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial reports and take actions to maximize profitability.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage cafe inventory levels and ordering processes.
- Oversee relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.
- Quality Control: Maintain and improve quality control standards for food, beverages, and overall cafe presentation. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Drive initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Expansion and Growth: Assist in planning and executing the expansion of the cafe chain in the Mumbai region.
- Evaluate potential locations and assess their viability.
