Head - Operations/Business Head

My client is leading chain of restaurant in SEA Location and many international locations similer to this which is into fine dining/casual dining/fast food corner looking for Business Head.

The business head will be working very closely with the Country Head. He will take care of sales, marketing, finance, purchasing etc.

Essential Requirement :

- The candidate mus possess at least 15 years of experience in overseeing operations of a casual-fine dining restaurant chain (counting his years as a Restaurant Manager); experience in casual dining and fast-food experience will also be considered (in that order of priority)

- He should ideally be the top operations person in his current organization or the next-in-line

- Must have the innate sense of ownership over the business to really want it to grow as well as the necessary business acumen developed through years of experience in the same industry

- Interested candidates who are willing to permanently relocate should apply.

- Top Line person in a food chain, restaurant, fine dining etc.
