Broking Operations (MF/Insurance/RA/WMS)

- Responsible for overall Operation of the Mutual Funds, Insurance & WMS.

- Operations of Equity, Third party distribution & Advisory business.

- Ensuring daily processing of MF,IPO, Insurance,NRI & PMS transactions

- Mutual fund Brokerage processing & payout to Sub brokers

- Adhering to regulatory changes & implementation of the same in the system

- MIS to management for business continuity

- Ensuring Audit requirements are met for all TPD products.

- Automation of daily operational process for maximum productivity

- Evaluating back office & wealth management systems & carrying out UAT for go live

- Automating of processes for greater efficiency & productivity

- MF Back office management

- Overlooking Mobile App development for Mutual Funds Investments

- Mutual Fund & WMS Ops, Risk Management, Back Office Operations & Compliance

- Heading team of Back Office executives, RMS executives, Demat and depository PMLA

- Supervising the entire compliance for opening of new Branch and Franchisees
