Description - As the Head Operations , you will perform a critical leadership role which will oversee internal operations, cost and budget management, service level bench-marking, talent allocation and administration.
- You will work closely with the core business leaders, HR, Procurement, Administration and drive a common strategic and operational agenda across the organisation
- Defining key metrics for business unit performance, measuring and benchmarking performance
- Driving a quality agenda across business units using best in class industry practices
- Serving as an escalation point for internal issues and providing guidance and leadership for client-related matters
- Cost control, budget allocation and management reporting and presentation
- Monitoring operations with respect to the global compliance framework
- Have strong experience in operations management and service delivery either in a IT or BPO/ ITES/ Captive GBS environment
- Possess the leadership qualities to influence without authority across diverse functions and cultures
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment in an individual contributor, leadership role
- Hail from or be ready to relocate to Mumbai City
