- Lead a large team of professionals to achieve economic objectives revenue and profitability
- Manage operations to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and operational excellence;
- Ensure operations are managed safely and in compliance with applicable rules and standards
- Manage commercial performance to maximize compliance, account retention and opportunities;
- Build relationships and work with our clients to add value to their business, retain existing accounts, and develop additional opportunities;
- Work hand-in- hand with Business Development and provide assistance, expertise, and references to jointly grow the business;
- Further develop our facilities management services
- Deliver with the support of marketing the unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life; and more generally work closely with the support functions and service operations teams
- Manage the company teams and attract, develop, and retain the talents;
- Foster the company culture in compliance with the Group's core values (service spirit, team spirit, spirit of progress) and its ethical principles (trust, respect for people, transparency, and business integrity).
