Head - Operations - Banking

Responsibilities:

- Head and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Oversee investor onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and efficient client onboarding experiences while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage the collection and verification of KYC documentation, conducting AML/KYC checks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Coordinate with banks and fund administrators in Mauritius, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any operational issues that may arise.

- Supervise the management of the share registry, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Develop and implement automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

- Overseeing regulatory audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are readily available and assisting with audit preparations as needed.

- Engage with clients during onboarding and ongoing transactions, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive client experience.
