Head - Operations - Bank

Looking for a senior professional having operational experience of minimum 20 years with a bank.

Location : Mumbai

Qualification: MBA Or Equivalent

Experience: 20+ years

Key Responsibilities-

- Formulating operational policies and strategies for the bank as per the economic reforms and changing environment Supervising MIS reports of transactions for monitoring exceptions and proactive control.

- Manage the entire gamut of corporate, trade finance, treasury and retail operations.

- Assuring compliance with respect to KYC/AML/regulatory guidelines/ norms for retail/ investment and Corporate Bank Accounts

- Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run and give ideas for process improvement and cost savings.

- Ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements laid down under different Acts governing banking regulations .

- Handling of annual RBI inspection, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, IS Audit, Risk Based Audit and Concurrent Audit.

- Leading,training & monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in the operations, process/ cost, efficiency management and meeting targets

- Adept with all the products under corporate and retail banking..
