About Our Client

The client is a leading Fintech organization in the ATM business which has a strong presence within India.

Job Description

- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have following responsibilities-

- Heading service delivery for cash live ATM's (MOF Project) and white label ATM's across geographies within India

- P&L management which includes cost efficiencies, driving revenue and ultimately meeting the EBITDA long with implementation of the business strategies, plans and procedures

- Handling top line and bottom line of the profitability enhancement which includes on time completion of the projects, closing the non-profitable sites to reduce losses and controlling the key costs

- Managing relationships with partners and vendors and participating in expansion activities like investor meeting, due diligence etc.

- Rolling out Key initiatives for the organization and also making sure the same is standardized across the functions via processes and automated tools

The Successful Applicant -

- The successful candidate needs to have 10 + years' work experience in the payment space, ATM business, Banks with exposure in operations related to ATM business with a strong understanding in the payment space.

- Exposure to retail background is a strong advantage with field visits done in the career

- Candidates from white ATM business is also a preference
