Head of Agriculture - Eastern region - Global FMCG Company

Experience - Min 12 years to Max 20 years

Role Description:

a. Develop and strengthen the Rural Supply Channel and draw effective support for farmer members of the Agro Business

b. To ensure best storage practices and develop logistics support for the plant operation. Develop strong Agro interface with Production & Quality Teams in the Plant .

c. Risk Management, Manage Receivables, and Ensure Legal & Contractual Obligations for the Business

i) Agro Process Controller for Agro function - meet auditory and regulatory requirements for the function and the company

ii) Manage accounts - receivable from seed sale / others and also payables against crop purchase

iii)Predict & Manage Crop Supply / Storage risk

iv) Ensure Legal Compliance in the market place

Education:

- Engineering in Agri Mandatory and;

- MBA from a premier business school preferred
