Head Operations & Administration is responsible for the administration and operation of the park. He oversees the safety and cleanliness of the park to ensure a positive experience for guests and associates; provide products and services Beyond Expectations to ensure guest satisfaction; and create a culture surrounding safety, fun, and growth opportunities to aid in associate retention. Park Head is in- charge for every aspect of day-to-day operations.

Candidate should be proficient in Malayalam.

Key Functions Such as:

- Managing customer experience

- Strategic planning and development

- Monitoring health and safety aspect with respect to Park Operations

- Overseeing the park's Revenue and Profit

- People management.

- Cost & Budgetary controls.

- Event planning & execution.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Ensure all parts of the park are operating effectively in terms of staff and equipment.

- Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public.

- Plan and implement strategies to achieve continual improvements in Guest and employee satisfaction.

- Create new events and experiences for Guests visiting the Park.

- Set budgetary and cost control strategies for the respective unit as a profit centre head.

- Oversee the projects related to general park developments, including projects related to new rides / attractions.

- Liaise with contractors / vendors.

- Deal with human resources and personnel.

- Build effective staff teams, through performance management, training and development.

- Keep abreast of developments in the industry, both internal and external, such as changes in legislation.

- Understand local community issues and build relationships with local government and external partners.

- Maintain a critical oversight of marketing functions.

- Monitor competition.

- Working with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.

- Creating reports on key metrics to determine the company's progress in meeting its goals.

- Identifying new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.

- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets.

- Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service.

- Oversee various offerings to the guest within the park, that includes F&B, Retails etc.

- Creating and maintaining a list of target clients for new products or services.

- Conducting research about competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share.

- Work closely with Marketing team to create marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments or geographic regions also to tap new segments.

- Develop and implement strategies to constantly improve customer satisfaction and park development.

- Develop, implement, and monitor programs that ensure a safe, clean facility and work environment that is in compliance with all appropriate regulations, certifications, IMS, Emergency Response, Injury and Illness Prevention, Food Handling, and Hazard Communications, schedules, and direction for managers, supervisors, and associates.

- Must be effective in handling problems in stressful, high-pressure situations, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
