They have built a unique blend of business covering the spectrum of academics and commercial know-how among their students with their deep understanding of the industry.
Role
The role reports to the CEO and would be responsible for:
- Developing the strategic path forward for the organization's academic and commercial business
- Managing the overall academic resources, operational effectiveness and profitability
- Developing and implementing the strategic and operational growth plans for the academic business
- Working along with other domains in marketing, sales & academics for rolling out new programs
- Aligning and Engaging with the industry and building commercial relationships with student outcomes and curriculum building
- Building partnerships with higher education community, industry and professional organization
About the Candidate -
The candidate should have:
- At least 15 or more years of experience in academics and business roles
- An entrepreneurial approach to the business
- Led teams in Sales/Business Development and in Academics
- Good industrial relationships and partnerships
- Good understanding of sales strategy, market development, & marketing strategy
