Position - Head Operations.

- Responsible for Pan India delivery of projects/services.

- Achievement of financial goals.

- Ensure Customer satisfaction across levels .

- Ensure SLAs are met.

- Evaluate and re-engineer processes.

The Person

- MBA with 15+ years of experience.

- Should have handled large teams.

- Must have handled large projects on a Pan India basis.
