JOB SCOPE: You will be responsible for the: - Category P&L ownership for the city - Customer satisfaction KEY ROLES: - Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels - Planning & procurement - Warehouse & logistics - Project execution & management - You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping - You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics - You will closely work with other teams like Sales, Designs, Venues, etc to ensure smooth operations across the value chain - Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or design is preferred - 5 - 10 years of operations experience - Experience in managing teams of 20+ members - MBA is a bonus
