Role Overview:

- As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision, and leading the team towards achieving operational excellence.

- This role demands a leader who can instil a strong sense of discipline, structure, and accountability, while also focusing on growth, efficiency, and achieving targets.

- The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in the armed forces to build a high performance environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discipline & Structure: Establish and enforce operational processes, frameworks, and a disciplined work environment to drive consistency and results across all departments.

- Operational Excellence: Lead the planning and execution of daily operational activities, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality at all levels.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example, mentoring and motivating employees to perform at their best.

- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational growth goals.

- Identify new opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational outcomes.

- Crisis Management: Draw upon your experience in the defense forces to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and take decisive action during challenging situations.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

- Ex-Serviceman with Leadership Experience: Ideally, you should have served in a senior capacity in the armed forces and possess proven experience in managing operations, leading teams, and enforcing discipline in dynamic environments.

- Proven Operational Experience:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

- Exposure to both private and public sector operations is a plus.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with a track record of building, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams.

- Ability to in still discipline and maintain high standards of performance.

- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to handle high-stakes situations, develop solutions, and maintain calm under pressure.

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

- Fluency in both Telugu and English is preferred.

- Business Acumen: Understanding of operational efficiency, cost management, and driving growth in an organization.
