Head - Operational Risk - Finance Process

Job role - Role incumbent will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, monitoring and controlling risk associated within the Finance Process in a global platform both from process and system perspective.

Should ensure that the internal control systems, process and procedures within the finance function are maintained and monitored according to the changing needs.

To interact with global stakeholders and Internal auditors for all necessary actions.

Required Skillset

Should be a qualified CA / ICWA / MBA / M.Com with 10+yrs of work experience preferably in a global banking platform or in a similar environment,

Should have good experience in Internal Control, Operational Risk, Internal Audit etc., with specializing the same within Finance Process and domain.

Should possess good knowledge in International Accounting standards.

Should possess good business acumen skills, stakeholder management, team management etc.,
