Head - Operational Risk - BFS

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Managing Operational Risk events database and recording of events in database with mapping of Basel categories.

- Incorporate Fraud Risk and Information security events in the Operational risk event database to make the database a single repository

- Support in setting up of governance framework across the bank

- Implement and upkeep parameters to identify and escalate OR and Compliance Risks and events;

- Collate, review and update KRIs to conduct offsite monitoring of potential risks (OR & Compliance);

- Identify/Design new Key Risk Indicators and review & monitor the same on periodic basis to highlight any operational risk concerns based on adverse trends/ breaches.

- Set up a mechanism to conduct periodic testing (RCSA) to conduct assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of processes and practices across the bank; identify design/operating gaps in the process/functions and suggest compensating controls.
