Head - Operational & Enterprise Risk Management - Financial Institution

I am looking for right candidates for a big financial institution for Head -Operational risk management/ Enterprise risk management.

Current salary should not be less than 50LPA

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Managing and ensuring smooth running of daily operations of the department.

2. Leading a team and working collaboratively with other stakeholders in the organisation to ensure that risk management objectives are met.

3. Managing in stress testing pertaining to various risks including Operational Risk, Reputation Risk, etc.

4. Well versed with analytical and logical reasoning skills.

5. Measure risk reward and apply the same in decision making

6. Track / suggest and implementing and managing BCP, DR and outsourcing framework

7. Understanding of framework for measurement and monitoring of Reputation Risk and its various drivers

8. Understanding of technology risks.

9. Familiar with techniques of model construction and model validation

10. Assist in coordinating information releases to internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain a transparent system.

11. Handle delegation of work by involving right people so as to improve productivity.

12. Setting KRAs for department aligned with the organisational goals .

Educational Qualifications Essential -

CA/ MBA Finance Degree

Understanding of the financial and capital markets.

Experience Essential -

10-15 years- experience with at least 6-8 years in Operational Risk Management/Enterprise Risk Management.

Must Have Experience in a Bank/Consulting firm
