Head Operational Change
- 12-16 years- of experience working with mid to large sized teams.
- Solutions-oriented senior leader, with a track record of being influential in global teams, across functions, across geographies, and driving transformation and change.
- Experience highly preferred in:
- Leading Operational teams/units
- Shared Services operations
- Continuous Improvement programs
- Project management and benefits tracking
- Large scale change delivery
- Work cross functionally to identify opportunities and processes for standardization and transformation, influence leaders, explore alternative solutions and ensure implementation.
- Partner excellence and transformation teams in execution of transformation roadmap across four transaction cycles with a focus on capacity creation, process simplification and automation.
- Monitor and review all programs or project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting and tracking.
- The key focus for this role is to identify and prioritize the required change portfolio and to lead the delivery of material change efforts (proactive and reactive) within Enterprise Shared Services.
- Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities - maximize reuse, minimize redundancy, streamline, drive one-to-many approach etc and ensure execution.
- Ensure that all business transformation projects are delivered in accordance with the approach to project management, including taking the lead on ensuring quality feasibility studies, business cases, and timelines for the evaluation of business transformation projects.
