Job responsibilities:
- Driving and executing the annual operations plan through the team and achieving revenue as agreed.
- Responsible for driving production, production planning, process, maintenance and equipment development (EDG) functions of the organization.
- Managing, motivating, and developing the operations team by setting clear objectives and KPIs, effective coaching, evaluation and feedback on performance.
- Attract, retain and develop high potential employees using the available development opportunities.
- Responsible for training and mentoring staff; creating a harmonious environment for working and motivation for all as the mean of general growth of the company.
- Responsible for developing specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently and create fresh ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company.
- Formulating, refining and ensuring implementation of standard operating procedures andbest practices throughout the operations department.
- Identifying people-related needs of the department and giving recommendations to HR Headon action plans to meet the requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed institution.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in a manufacturing industry - preferably electronic components manufacturing/EMS (Electronic manufacturing services) or automotive industry in the role General manager - operations.
- Strong communicator, with proven ability to deliver KPI's with little to no supervision
