Job Description:

Our client is one of the top 5 construction & infra groups in India & Overseas is looking for Head of operations for multiple projects in West having P&L responsibilities for construction of high rise building & commercials etc.

Responsibilities:

- Head of operations for multiple projects in West having P&L responsibilities

- Logistics planning and development of site infrastructure

- Identification of methods and means

- Mobilizing and augmenting resources (men and material)

- Sequencing of activities; preparation and monitoring of construction schedule

- Finalization of and coordinating with sub-contractors

- Coordination with design team and clients

- Identification of long-lead items and their timely procurement

- Timely delivery of project

- Budgeting; Abiding to set financial parameters and targets

- Maintaining high safety standards and complying to statutory requirements.

Candidate profile:

- He should be working for big contracting companies in India OR abroad & managing multiple projects commercials, & high rise buildings

- Head of operations for multiple projects managing P&L responsibilities

- Age should be 45- 55years.

Qualification: BE Civil.

Experience :25 to 30 years
