We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head-Online Revenue to oversee and drive growth across online revenue channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy to grow the business with the right metrics, an in-depth understanding of different P&L variables, and taking data-driven decisions to drive efficiency. This role requires strong inter personal skills for team management, target achievement, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all online revenue channels including D2C, E-commerce & Q-commerce ensuring consistent growth and performance improvements.
- Build and own the Annual operating plan with a clear focus on target achievement. Work across different channels to use the inputs and create an accurate plan
- Take ownership of the P&L, driving strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and contribution margin.
- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to enhance our competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive online revenue objectives.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to measure progress and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment and seamless collaboration with stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5-7 years in managing online revenue channels or growth roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and P&L management skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key KPIs:
- Net Sales: Achieving sales revenue targets.
- Gross Margin: Running minimal discounts.
- Contribution Margin: Effective management of performance marketing spends
- Optimum Channel Sales mix across D2C, Quick Commerce and E-commerce performance
