Job Description :

- Head the Online Marketplace & Offline Channel for our client as the Chief of Staff.

- Report to the CEO of the company and manage the vertical heads directly.

Client Details :

- Our Client is a smart electricity startup, powered by a mix of IoT, machine learning and data analytics.

- The company bridges electricity supply and consumption gaps in Indian homes through a range of smart and clean products.

- Our Client is also one of the leaders in solar rooftop count in Indian residential market.

- Fully work from office with alternate Saturday working.

Description :

- Heading Online Marketplace & Offline Channel as "Chief of Staff" for our client.

- Setting up product pricing strategy.

- Working with department heads to work out key day-to-day decisions.

- Managing the overall revenue of the company which is set to cross 100CR in next 12 months.

- Working in a fast paced Startup ecosystem.

- Expectation Management.

Profile :

- D2C experience is required.

- Should have managed yearly revenue of minimum 20CR.

- Leadership qualities and team management skills.

- Candidate from a Tier 1 MBA school is preferred.

- Exceptional communication skills.
