Job Description:
The Head Online Marketing has the responsibility for Search Engine marketing, Partner Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Advertising Sales, and Product Development for Online Marketing. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic individual to get involved with key aspects of marketing for a major Internet brand. Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as expertise in Affiliate, Direct, CPA, CPM, Site Conversion, SEM and SEO are required. The ability to adapt quickly and mulitask will be the keys to success for this position. Excellent Leadership skills are an absolute requirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead Search Engine Marketing to grow the Brand
- Lead partner Channel Marketing
- Lead Commission Junction Channel Marketing
- Lead Affiliate Marketing (Direct, White Label, Strategic Partnerships)
- Lead Online Product Development supporting ALL Online initiatives
- Work with SEM team, SEO team and Partner Channel Team to grow online presence of managed brands
- Work with marketing team to grow online presence for managed brands
Job Requirement
- Ability to manage large online budget, work with senior management on strategic and tactical executions of all aspects of Online Marketing
- Proven ability to create new and maintain existing relationships with 3rd party marketing organizations
- Experience in Direct Response Marketing
- Knowledge of MS office software: Excel and Powerpoint, as well as experience with site analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a high energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to think creatively for solutions to challenges with a willingness to test multiple solutions for the best results.
