Job Purpose:
- To manage online activities, in order to enhance customer awareness through online experience, as well as support the achievement of overall sales target
KRA's:
- Manage the development of online business strategy, plan and roadmap, in alignment with marketing and sales strategy and plan, in order to effectively enhance customer awareness and sales volume
- Manage Online Shop platform and online business operations, maintenance and update website and content, including maintain online sales and self-service portal and tools (e.g. e-Service, eBilling and eInvoice), to ensure efficient online operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or higher in IT or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in eCommerce business or with online marketing experience
- Expertise in digital communications with minimum 2 years of experience in both the strategy and tactical aspects
- Strong commercial aptitude
- Analytical, quantitative, and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Passion in online
- Good command of English language
